We gotta know that you are who you say you are! We do some extensive background research on respondents before we can commit to employment. 

You have to be willing to give some learning time to make sure that you are capable of the job and willing to put in the time. We expect this to take roughly 20 hours of your training time before you are ready for your time with the bossman. 

You get to go back over some of the major points learned throughout the training sessions. Pass this little test with flying colors and we will pay you a signing bonus of $400 plus reimburse the cost of the background check!
